ECU-Key Control Element of Common Rail

ECU(with necessary sensors and wiring harness) is to control the fuel delivery valve of the fuel pump, common rail pipe pressure, and the injection of the fuel injector so that the fuel is accurately injected into the cylinders for target duration of time and quantity of fuel injection. Therefore, engine emission can better meet environmental requirements, and accurate fuel injection can reduce fuel consumption to the most economic level.
The engine control unit (ECU) is the key control element of the common rail diesel. 
KIPOR has its own unique technology developed after many years of research which ensures engine’s stable and smooth running in any case. Great adaptability is one of the key characteristics of KIPOR’s new fuel common rail engines.
KIPOR’s KDV171 series common rail diesel engines utilize KIPOR’s own ECU technology.

Water-Air Intercooler Technology

High-class intercooler greatly improves engine efficiency. 
The aluminum ripple carries out high efficiency heat conduction. 
The boosted air temperature can be cooled to 50-60 degrees.
The intercooler and the turbocharger are perfectly matched in engine to display excellence of power.

Thus, clean air and the preservation of natural resources have become important objectives of our development work.
